SSI Authorize & Collect Sales Point

The EECC SSI Vendor uses a pick & collect sales point in conjunction with SSI verifiable credentials in order to authenticate user and authorize them for certain actions. For various products one does not only need to authenticate for the purchase, but also be authorized to purchase a such product, e.g. THC containing substances like cannabis.
